Terms - we offer a strict seven-day approval period on all our stones from the date the parcel reaches you. Please inform us within this period whether you would like to return any stone/s for a refund/credit.

Please Note - Loss, non-arrival or damage to goods being returned to us are the sole responsibility of the sender.

This is the cheapest method but takes up to 16 working days
depending where you are. You can also request your parcel to be sent by Fedex

$200.00 to $500.00.................................$ 26.00
 All orders OVER $500.00 shipped by Fedex, insured.
The safest and quickest method to send your parcel usually takes just a few days, depending where you are and well worth the small extra cost

We offer you a seven-day approval period against a Telegraphic Transfer, Certified Cheque, Money Order, Cashiers Cheque or similar, made out in favour of African Gemstones LLC. Details concerning payment will be found on our invoice when sent to you.
PLEASE NOTE - We cannot accept PayPal payments whilst we are in Africa.

The estimated time for postage to the States from South Africa is around ten to fourteen days, either way. This will give you time to view the material, get different oppinions on it, resell it - or just swank with it to your friends !!
